How much are services, and what are the forms of payment?

All fees are discussed during the initial phone intake. Services are covered through hourly rates, or package rates. Forms of payment include Cash, PayPal, Money Order, and Check.

Do you travel outside of North Carolina?

At this time, we are not offering services outside of North Carolina.

How long will it take to complete my project?

Each project is different. The amount of time will depend on the size of the project, the space, purchasing/delievering of supplies, and how quickly the client is able to make final decisions while working on the project.

Does your packing and unpacking services include loading and unloading the moving vehicle?

Our packing/unpacking services do not include loading and unloading the vehicle. Before the move we help you declutter and we pack all items in like categories, label boxes, and stage the boxes in an organized fashion. After the move we unpack, declutter, and organize each room to the requested desires of the client's needs.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that life is unpredictable, and situations arise all the time. However, if a client needs to cancel and/or reschedule, we require cancellations to be made at least 48 hours in advance of our appointment. A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged.

What are your Covid-19 safety measures?

Due to Coronavirus we have implemented different safety measures to keep ourselves and the client safe. These measures include: virtual organizing sessions, wearing masks during the entire in person session, taking temperatures upon arrival, wearing gloves, providing sanitizer and sanitizer wipes.
